Yep, it's true. Google News I'm heartbroken because I absolutely loved him. I quote his act all the time - in fact I just quoted one of his bits last night. And what's worse is that the couple of times he came through Austin, I didn't have the $ to go, and now I'll never get to see him in person. Maybe it's just an April Fool's joke. I wish it were.
