customers_suck community. There is rarely a case where they talk about a truely sucky customer, it's mostly a bunch of whiney, spoiled brats howling about having to put up with a retail job. It's like they've never had to shop for something before and been given the runaround by the store. And they seem to always assume the customers are trying to scam THEM (not the store, them, it's clearly personal) rather than just being lazy, stupid and confused.
