It's another 403 page. It doesn't so much look like the link is wrong as it looks like the post is locked down somehow.

It must have a referrer test, I think you can go here:

and then follow the link from there

No, sorry. Even http://www.smirkingchimp.com/ gets me a 403 error.

Verra verra strange; I've had this problem with one or two other sites that other people seem to get just fine (for whatever reason, canada.com is 403 as well.)
