Guh, we had a major meltdown at our primary datacenter, and then something fucked up on the failover.

So the phones were a bit busy, normally we get 80-100 calls a day, in a 3 hour period we got nearly 400.

And a third of the team here (and half the team in california) was out, including one guy who came in long enough to decided he probably had pink eye, sent him to a doctor to confirm (he did) and so now theres a chance it got spread.
