Golly, that's a disturbing thought. However, the guy wasn't actually decapitated. According to the Harris Co. M.E., the guy died from "multiple blunt-force injuries to head and body" and that "a portion of the victim's head was severed, but he was not decapitated." Not sure what the distinction is.
