litchoopsy, looks like the opening of the Austin rail line has been delayed indefinitely
seems that the operators supplied by veolia transportations haven't been waiting for the green light like they are supposed to
this is particularly acute because, remember that nasty train accident in california last fall? It was caused by engineers not obeying signals when running passenger rail on lines shared with freight rail, just like they're going to be running here.
oh, and the company that was supplying the engineers in california? Veolia Transportation
