oh my acheing back

litchmay have been a touch over enthusiastic yesterday, my lower back is definately sore, not horrible, but not working or playing well with me.
It's damnably hard to do anything when your low back hurts. Just did a load of laundry and got it riled up. I'm out of advil and asprin and need to go grocery shopping but my back isn't up to it right now. I wanted to do lawn work, ditto, and it even is sore sitting here in front of the computer and there were some entries I've been gnawing on.
