I just watched the most recent battle Star Galactica and it blew me away again
without risking spoilers it delved into one of the topics that fascinates me, the advancement of junior officers into staff/directorial postinions
it is of course where I am now
of would be if my fates had played out as I supect they should have
how does an idividual of talent and some hint of wisdom move from the obvious immediate space of expertise they may occupy into something more, someon in charge of defining tactical or stragic plans?
