So I am on pager this week, just as I had turned off the lights, gotten in bed, and was falling asleep I got a page. Some guy saying he can't send outbound email through us.
That's a valid problem, the thing is I worked with a coworker of his this afternoon and told them what's wrong and how to fix it (exchange sucks btw) but until they do mail is going to back up for 20 minutes at a time, then flow in a spike until it hits a bad message then burp again.
The problem is I can't get ahold of him.
I got busy signals the first ten minutes of trying, so I sent him email saying basically that.
I got a connection once but we kept breaking up and popping out and every time I try to call him I get a busy signal.
