Dinner plans
Dec. 30th, 2001 03:04 pmWe're boiling down the goose from christmas dinner. Soon I am going to have a bunch of left over goosemeat, stock and a few other christmas left overs to use up. I'm thinking a sort of casserole of little pasta/dumpling packets of shredded goose, pecans, and walnuts sauteed in some apple-pear mead with a think brown sauce.
Maybe some potatoes or gnocchi.
