Anarchy online and amex suck
In 2001 I bought a 6 month account for anarchy online, canceled account online, no cancelation number was provided that I recall, no cancelation documentation was provided, cancelation was acknowledge ONLINE.
Was billed again 6 months later for account charges, disputed, dispute was upheld, account credited
billed again 6 months later, disputed, credited immediately because of last dispute being upheld
billed again 6 months later, went unnoticed at the time
billed again 6 months later, disputed this and last one, 4/21/3 accounts credited temporarily
recieved a request for cancelation documentation that has been stipulated as non-existant, on our inability to provide this non-existant documentation 5/12 we were rebilled both charges.
